Victor Oti

As a Doctoral Researcher at Griffith University since July 2022, my work focuses on developing intranasal multiwarheaded RNAi therapies targeting emerging respiratory viruses such as SARS-CoV-2, RSV, and Influenza A virus. This research is conducted within the Institute for Biomedicine and Glycomics and the School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences. My expertise lies in infectious diseases, antiviral therapeutics, and public health. With a strong foundation in molecular virology, virus epidemiology, and laboratory analysis, I am committed to advancing innovative solutions for global health challenges. My role as a Griffith Mentor since January 2025 and an ASM Future Leaders Mentorship Fellow since March 2024 reflects my dedication to fostering academic and professional growth. I aim to contribute to sustainable development and improved global health outcomes through impactful research and collaboration.
